Delicious bite-sized sandwiches filled with seasoned meatballs, marinara sauce, and melted cheese served on soft slider buns.

Ingredients
  

For the Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground beef The main protein for your sliders.
  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs Helps to bind the meatballs for a tender bite.
  • 1/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese Adds a rich, cheesy flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Garlic powder Infuses the meatballs with garlic aroma.
  • 1/4 cup Milk Moistens the meat mixture.
  • 1 large Egg Acts as a binder.
  • 1 tbsp Seasoning salt Enhances seasoning.

For Assembly

  • 1 pkg Kings Hawaiian Original Sweet Pre Sliced Slider Buns Sweet and soft base for sliders.
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce Coats the meatballs.
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese Melts over the meatballs.
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter For brushing over the tops of the sliders.
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder For adding more garlic flavor to topping.
  • 1 tbsp Dried Italian seasoning Complements the meatball flavors.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, milk, egg, Italian seasoning, and seasoning salt. Mix until combined.
  • Roll the mixture into 2-inch balls and place on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown with an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
  • Slice the baked meatballs in half and toss with marinara sauce.

Assembly

  • In a baking dish, start with the bottom halves of rolls, layer half of the mozzarella, meatballs, remaining mozzarella, and finish with tops of slider buns.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning; brush over tops of the rolls.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.

Serving

  • Cool slightly, garnish if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Great for parties, game days, or family dinners. These sliders can be customized with different herbs, spices, and toppings.
