Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients so you have everything on hand.
  • Mince the garlic and chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic, followed by sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the parmesan until melted and combined.

Serving

  • Return the chicken to the skillet, let it simmer in the creamy sauce for a couple of minutes.
