Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, bourbon, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
  • Brush the glaze over the salmon generously.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through (internal temperature of 145°F or 63°C).

Serving

  • Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
  • Serve warm with a drizzle of any remaining glaze on top, and enjoy with your choice of sides!
