Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish (13×9 inch) or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • In a large bowl, combine melted butter and sugar; mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Add in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Cooking

Notes

For a fudgier brownie, reduce baking time by a couple of minutes. Use quality cocoa powder for a richer flavor. Let the brownies cool completely before frosting for best texture.
