Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Main protein source
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice Adds zesty brightness
  • 1 piece Avocado Provides creaminess and healthy fats
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro Enhances flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder Adds a hint of spice
  • to taste Salt and pepper Simple seasonings
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For cooking

Preparation

  • Marinate the chicken by placing the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a bowl.
  • Add the lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  • While marinating, dice the avocado and chop the cilantro.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil.

Cooking

  • Add the marinated chicken breasts to the hot skillet. Cook for about 7–8 minutes on each side or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Once cooked, remove from heat and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • On a serving plate, arrange the sliced chicken and top with diced avocado and chopped cilantro. Optionally, drizzle more lime juice on top.

Serving

  • Serve the Lime Chicken Party warm, with extra lime wedges for those who want a citrus kick.

Notes

For a creamier texture, mix in some Greek yogurt with the avocado. Use an air fryer for a crispy exterior, cooking at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes.
