Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, stirring until just combined.

Cooking

  • Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and gently knead for about 1–2 minutes until smooth.
  • Roll the dough into a rectangle, approximately ½ inch thick.
  • Cut the dough into strips and roll each piece tightly to create individual rolls.
  • Place the rolls in the prepared baking dish, allowing a little space between each.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving

  • Once baked, remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
  • For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Drizzle the glaze generously over warm rolls for that perfect finish.
