Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 4 cups All-purpose flour For the dough structure.
  • 1 packet Yeast Ensure yeast is fresh.
  • 1 cup Milk Use whole milk for richer taste.
  • 1 large Egg Adds richness and binds ingredients.
  • 1/2 cup Butter For richness, melted.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Enhances flavor.

For the Filling

  • 2 cups Fresh peaches Washed, peeled, and sliced.
  • 1 cup Brown sugar Adds sweetness and caramel notes.
  • 2 tablespoons Cinnamon Provides a warm, spicy flavor.

Preparation

  • Wash, peel, and slice the peaches into small pieces.
  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and a pinch of salt.
  • In a saucepan, heat the milk until warm, but not boiling, then stir in the butter until melted.
  • Add the warm milk mixture to the dry ingredients, followed by the egg, and mix until a dough forms.

Cooking

  • Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  • Once risen, roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  • Spread the butter over the dough, then sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar evenly.
  • Top with prepared peach slices, then roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  • Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise again for another 30 minutes.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serving

  • Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
  • Enjoy warm, optionally drizzled with a glaze.

Notes

Ensure your yeast is fresh for optimal rising. Let the dough double in size for a light and fluffy texture. Use ripe peaches for the best flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
