Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients and tools. Ensure you have everything within reach.
  • Finely dice the sweet onion and mince the garlic, letting their flavors shine in the dish.
  • Slice the brown mushrooms thinly, preparing them to become tender and flavorful as they cook.

Cooking

  • Set your Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode and add the olive oil. Heat it until shimmering.
  • Toss in the diced onion and sauté until it starts to soften.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms and garlic, stirring until everything is coated and fragrant.
  • Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well, letting the spices bloom.
  • Pour in the marinara sauce and stock. Give it a gentle stir to combine.
  • Add the spaghetti, gently pushing it down so it’s submerged in the sauce.
  • Close the lid, ensuring it’s sealed, and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.

Serving
