Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, mix hot honey, garlic, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Crumble the feta cheese and chop your fresh herbs.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and place it skin-side down in the skillet.
  • Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  • Pour the hot honey mixture over the chicken and top with crumbled feta.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

Serving

  • Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle fresh herbs on top before serving.

Notes
