Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix honey, Sriracha, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  • Soak wooden skewers in water if using to prevent burning.

Cooking

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, approximately 375°F (190°C).
  • Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  • Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  • Check that the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) for safety.

Serving

  • Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  • Serve warm with your choice of sides, like rice or a fresh salad.
  • Drizzle any remaining marinade over the skewers for added flavor.

Notes

Marinate chicken overnight for enhanced flavor. Use a meat mallet to pound the chicken slightly for extra tenderness. Consider grilling veggies alongside for a complete meal.
