Filling Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Honey Natural honey for best flavor.
  • 2 large Eggs Binds the filling.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Adds depth of flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare a pie crust by mixing flour and butter until crumbly.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

Cooking

  • Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a pie dish.
  • Pour the honey filling into the prepared crust.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the filling is set and slightly golden.

Serving

Notes
