Preparation

  • Shred the cooked chicken using a fork or your hands.
  • Chop the celery, red onion, and pickles into small pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, and Dijon mustard. Whisk until smooth.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking / Assembling

  • Add the shredded chicken to the dressing mixture.
  • Mix in the chopped celery, red onion, and pickles until all ingredients are well-coated.

Serving

  • Prepare a bed of lettuce on serving plates.
  • Scoop the salad onto the lettuce beds and serve immediately.

Notes
