Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare large sheets of aluminum foil, about 12x16 inches, to form your packets.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, corn starch, minced garlic, and cider vinegar. Whisk until smooth.
  • Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  • Slice the Little potatoes in half and trim the green beans.

Cooking

  • Place one chicken breast in the center of each foil sheet.
  • Add sliced Little potatoes and green beans around the chicken.
  • Drizzle the honey garlic mixture evenly over the chicken and veggies.
  • Bring the edges of the foil together and fold tightly to create a sealed packet.
  • Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

Serving

  • Carefully unwrap the foil packets—be cautious of steam!
  • Check that the chicken is no longer pink inside and veggies are tender.
  • Serve the contents of the packets on plates or eat directly from them.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs for added flavor.

Notes

For best results, marinate chicken in the sauce for at least 30 minutes. Use parchment paper for moisture retention. Customize veggies as desired.
