Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients in one place.
  • Wash the oranges thoroughly.
  • Juice the oranges to extract as much juice as possible.
  • Measure out coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.

Mixing and Freezing

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Whisk the mixture until smooth and fully combined.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them to the top.
  • Insert sticks into the molds.
  • Place the molds in the freezer for at least 6 hours or until fully frozen.

Serving

  • Once fully frozen, remove the creamsicles from the molds.
  • If they’re difficult to release, briefly run warm water over the outside of the molds.
  • Serve immediately for the best texture or place back in the freezer for later use.
