  • Stir in garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add diced potatoes and mixed vegetables, cooking for about five minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and milk to form a smooth paste.
  • Stir the flour mixture into the pan, ensuring it evenly coats the meat and veggies.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and drizzle melted butter over the entire mixture.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is bubbling and golden.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding Worcestershire sauce to the meat mixture. Grate your own cheddar for better melt. To save time, peel and dice potatoes the night before and store in water. Experiment with different mixed vegetables.
