Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Cooking

  • Stir in the almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt until fully combined and no dry streaks remain.
  • Gently mix in the chocolate chips with a spatula.
  • Pour the brownie batter into your prepared pan and spread it into an even layer. Bake for 14–16 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle mini marshmallows, crumbled graham crackers, and extra chocolate over the top.
  • Turn your oven’s broiler to low and place the pan back in for 1–2 minutes until marshmallows are golden. Watch closely!
  • Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 15–20 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Keep a close eye on the marshmallows while broiling to achieve the perfect toasted finish. For clean edges, allow brownies to cool completely before slicing.
