Preparation

  • Drain the can of crushed pineapple completely to prevent sogginess.
  • Slice the strawberries and kiwi into even pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, soften the cream cheese until smooth.
  • In another bowl, combine the whipped topping, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.

Cooking/Assembly

  • Gently fold the softened cream cheese into the whipped topping mixture until smooth.
  • Add in the crushed pineapple and mix until evenly distributed.
  • Carefully fold the sliced strawberries, kiwi, and raspberries into the mixture.
  • Transfer the salad into a serving bowl or individual dessert cups.

Serving

  • Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve fresh, garnished with additional fruit or whipped topping if desired.

Notes
