Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and ground beef, cooking until browned and onions are softened. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in marinara sauce, cooked pasta, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.

Serving

  • Place it in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
