Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients and kitchen tools required for the recipe.

  • Dice the onion and bell peppers, and mince the garlic.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cooking

  • Add the chopped onions to the skillet and sauté until translucent.

  • Add ground turkey, ensuring it’s cooked through and browned.
  • Toss in the chopped potatoes and mix well with the turkey and vegetables.
  • Cover the skillet and let it cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.

Serving

  • Once everything is cooked and potatoes are soft, adjust seasonings as desired.
