Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add your chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook until browned, around 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.

Cooking

  • Stir in the diced tomatoes and beef broth. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  • Add the uncooked pasta and stir well to combine. Ensure the pasta is submerged in the liquid.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the pasta is tender and the cheese is bubbling.

Serving

  • Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
