Preparation

  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.
  • Slice the potatoes into wedges or cubes for even cooking.
  • In a large bowl, toss the potato pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Let them marinate for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (approximately 400°F or 200°C).
  • Once heated, place the seasoned potatoes on the grill, making sure they are spread out evenly.
  • Grill for about 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through for even browning.
  • Check for doneness by piercing a potato with a fork; it should be tender and have grill marks.

Serving

  • Remove the grilled potatoes from the grill and transfer them to a serving platter.
  • If desired, sprinkle fresh herbs on top for a colorful garnish.
  • Serve warm as a side, with grilled protein, or as part of a salad.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before marinating. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
