Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Peaches Sweet and juicy, they're the star of the show.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or Ghee Adds richness and helps achieve the perfect grilled finish.
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Sugar A natural sweetener that enhances caramelization.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Wash the peaches under cold water to remove any dirt or residue.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut each peach in half, twisting gently to separate the two halves.
  • Remove the pit carefully, ensuring not to damage the fruit.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the butter or ghee and coconut sugar until combined.
  • Brush the peach halves generously with the butter mixture, allowing it to soak in.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill to medium heat, approximately 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the peach halves cut-side down on the grill grates.
  • Grill for about 3–4 minutes until you see grill marks and the peaches soften slightly.
  • Carefully flip the peaches over and continue grilling for another 2–3 minutes.
  • Remove the peaches from the grill once they’re tender but not mushy.

Serving

  • Transfer the grilled peaches to a serving dish.
  • Drizzle any remaining butter mixture over them for added flavor.
  • Allow them to cool slightly before serving; they will retain heat.
  • Serve as is, or top with your favorite garnish, such as yogurt or nuts.

Notes

Choose ripe yet firm peaches for best texture. Consider adding a few cedar planks to your grill for a smoky flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
