  • 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil Brushing on the bok choy enhances flavor and supports high-heat cooking.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt Highlights the natural flavors of the vegetables without overpowering them.

  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Aminos A soy sauce alternative that is rich in umami and adds complexity to the dish.
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds Provides a nutty crunch and additional flavor depth as a garnish.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Slice your bok choy in half lengthwise and rinse well.
  • Pat dry with paper towels or allow to air dry.
  • Spritz or brush lightly with avocado oil and season very lightly with sea salt and pepper.

Grilling

  • Heat an outdoor grill or grill pan to medium-high.
  • Place the bok choy cut side down on the grill, cooking for 2-4 minutes, or until nicely charred and tender-crisp.
  • Turn the bok choy over and grill for an additional 2-4 minutes until charred and tender.
