Main ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts Juicy and protein-rich.
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce Creamy dipping sauce.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken breasts into 1 1/2-inch cubes for even cooking.
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Cooking

  • Preheat grill or air fryer to medium-high heat (around 400°F/200°C).
  • Skewer marinated chicken onto soaked skewers, spaced for even cooking.
  • Grill souvlaki for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until no longer pink and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Serving

  • Remove cooked chicken from the grill/air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Serve souvlaki hot with tzatziki sauce and your favorite vegetables or Greek salad.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate chicken longer. Soak skewers in water to prevent burning. Use an instant thermometer for doneness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
