  • 1 cup Tomatoes Juicy and sweet.
  • 1 small Red onion Adds crunch and mild bite.
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese Creamy and tangy topping.
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives Provides a salty bite.
  • 1/2 cup Tzatziki sauce Creamy and herbal dip.

Preparation

  • Gather Ingredients: Collect all your ingredients and tools.
  • Wash and Chop: Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, and onions. Crumble the feta cheese.

Cook/Assemble

  • Marinate Chicken: Combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for about 15 minutes.
  • Grill or Sear Chicken: Cook the marinated chicken in a hot pan or on the grill for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
