Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash the zucchini thoroughly under cold water.
  • Trim the ends off the zucchini and slice it into half-moon shapes.
  • Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini is tender but still vibrant.

Serving

  • Remove from heat and transfer the sautéed zucchini to a serving dish.
  • Garnish as desired and serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for maximum flavor. Keep the zucchini pieces uniform for even cooking. Don’t overcrowd the pan. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
