  • 1 cup Heavy cream For a lighter option, substitute with yogurt and broth.
  • 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese Additional cheese can be used for flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For cooking the steak.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Essential for seasoning.
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped Optional garnish.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Trim any excess fat from the steak and cut it into strips for even cooking.
  • Mince the garlic finely to release its delicious flavor.
  • Chop the fresh parsley if using, setting it aside for garnishing later.

Cooking

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the steak strips to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and mix well, bringing it to a simmer.
  • Add 12 ounces of cheese tortellini to the skillet, cooking until they are tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

Serving

  • Turn off the heat and let it sit for a minute for the sauce to thicken slightly.
  • Plate your Garlic Steak Tortellini, drizzling extra sauce over the top.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy your meal while it’s warm!
