Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Coat the wings with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly covered.
  • Sprinkle salt over the wings and toss to distribute the seasoning.

Cooking

  • Spread the wings evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
  • Add minced garlic and simmer for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then remove from heat.
  • Stir in grated Parmesan and chopped parsley until combined, creating a creamy sauce.

Serving

  • Remove the wings from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  • Pour the sauce over the wings in a large bowl and toss to coat completely.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 2-3 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to ensure wings reach 165°F (74°C) internally. Make the sauce ahead of time and store it in the fridge for quick meals.
