  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley Optional for garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until blended into a crumbly topping.
  • Place the halibut fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Evenly distribute the garlic parmesan mixture over each fillet, pressing gently.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
