  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Offers a rich, gooey cheesiness.
  • 2 tbsp Butter Enhances richness and browning.
  • 1 tsp Salt Elevates all flavors.
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Adds a subtle warmth.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Lends aromatic freshness.
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder Contributes depth of flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup Gives a touch of sweetness and moisture.
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Adds tanginess to balance flavors.
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Pickles Optional, introduces crunch and zing.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Garnishes with a savory finish.
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley Optional, adds freshness and color.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, approximately 8 minutes. Drain excess fat after cooking.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Mix well and remove from heat.
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Cooking/Assembling

  • Unroll the biscuit dough and separate it into 8 individual pieces.
  • Flatten each biscuit into a small circle, making enough space for the filling.
  • Place a generous spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit, along with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
  • Fold the biscuit around the filling to create a sealed ball, pinching the dough edges together.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with additional garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serving

  • Remove the bombs from the oven and let them cool slightly on a wire rack.
  • Serve warm, optionally garnished with parsley and accompanied by ketchup or mustard for dipping.

Notes

Use lean ground beef for a healthier option without sacrificing flavor. For extra cheesiness, try mixing in different types of cheese. Prepare the filling ahead of time for quicker meal prep.
