Preparation

  • Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
  • Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces.
  • Chop fresh parsley for garnish and set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Cooking

  • In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add garlic butter.
  • Once melted, add the steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Serving

  • Remove both potatoes and steak from heat.
  • Drizzle remaining garlic butter over steak and toss gently.
  • Serve steak bites with crispy potatoes and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For best results, let steak marinate in garlic butter for 30 minutes.
