  • 1 medium Zucchini, sliced into half-moons Adds freshness and nutrients.
  • 3 tablespoons Butter Creates a rich sauce.
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Infuses flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Heart-healthy fat for cooking.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Enhances flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Adds warmth.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes to ensure quick and even cooking.
  • Slice the zucchini into half-moons.
  • Mince the garlic and have it ready.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).
  • Add steak cubes to the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd. Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned on one side.
  • Flip the steak bites, then add butter and minced garlic. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the zucchini and season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for around 2 minutes until tender.

Serving

  • Remove the skillet from heat and taste for seasoning.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

Great for meal prep! Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
