Ingredients
  

Fruity Base

  • 2 cups Fresh strawberries Sweet and juicy
  • 2 medium Ripe bananas Creamy texture
  • 1 cup Fresh orange juice Citrusy zing
  • 1/2 cup Water For a refreshing base
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Natural sweetness

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash the strawberries thoroughly under cool water.
  • Peel the bananas and slice them into small pieces.
  • Juice the oranges and measure the desired amount.

Blending

  • In a blender, combine the washed strawberries, sliced bananas, orange juice, water, and honey.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.

Freezing

  • Pour the blended mixture into ice pop molds.
  • Insert sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  • To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help release the pops.

Notes

Use ripe fruits for the best flavor and sweetness. Store pops in an airtight container to prevent freezer burn. Change up the flavor by using different fruits or fruit juices. For a creamier texture, add a splash of coconut milk.
