Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt Use full-fat for a smoother texture.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Adjust based on personal sweetness preference.

Toppings

  • 1 cup Fresh Berries Wash and prepare as needed.
  • 1 cup Granola Optional, can substitute with seeds or other toppings.
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts Chop if large pieces are used.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey, stirring until smooth.
  • Prepare your toppings by washing the berries and chopping the nuts if needed.

Freezing

  • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the fresh berries, granola, and chopped nuts across the yogurt.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for about 2-3 hours, or until completely solid.

Serving

  • Once solid, remove the yogurt bark from the freezer.
  • Lift it from the baking sheet and break it into pieces.
  • Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for later!

Notes

For best results, allow yogurt bark to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving. Experiment with different fruits and nuts for variety. Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
