Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Grease and flour an 8-inch square baking pan.
  • Arrange the peach slices in the prepared pan and drizzle with lemon juice.

Cooking

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, and salt.
  • Cut the softened butter into the dry mixture until it forms coarse crumbs.
  • Evenly sprinkle the crumb mixture over the arranged peaches in the pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.

Serving

  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
