Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Grease and flour an 8-inch square pan.
  • Arrange the sliced peaches evenly in the prepared pan and drizzle lemon juice over them.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, and salt.
  • Cut in the softened butter to form coarse crumbs in the mixture.
  • Evenly distribute the crumble mixture over the peach slices.

Baking

  • Place the pan in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving; serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.

Notes
