  • On a clean surface, lay the tortillas flat and sprinkle both sides with the garlic and onion powder mixture.

Cooking and Assembly

  • Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese on top of the beef.
  • Carefully roll each tortilla tightly, ensuring the filling stays intact.
  • Place the roll-ups seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15–20 minutes, or until golden and the cheese is bubbling.

Serving

  • While the roll-ups are baking, prepare the au jus by combining beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and a sprinkle of onion and garlic powder in a small pot over medium heat.
  • Let the sauce simmer for 5–7 minutes to meld the flavors.
  • Once the roll-ups are golden and crispy, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool slightly.
  • Slice each roll-up into bite-sized portions for dipping.
  • Serve warm with a side of hot au jus for dipping.

Notes

For best results, avoid overstuffing the tortillas to prevent tearing. These roll-ups can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge unbaked, then baked when ready to eat.
