  • 12 oz Roast Beef Savory protein source.
  • 8 slices Provolone Cheese Creamy and melty.
  • 1 cup Au Jus Flavorful dipping sauce.

Optional Toppings

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients on your kitchen counter.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if you plan to warm the roll ups.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas flat.
  • Slice the roast beef into smaller strips if not pre-sliced.
  • Prepare the au jus according to package directions or heat store-bought in a saucepan.

Cooking/Assembling

  • Layer slices of roast beef evenly across each tortilla.
  • Add a slice of provolone cheese on top of the beef.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the ends.
  • Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  • Place the roll ups seam-side down on a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Serving

  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute.
  • Slice each roll up diagonally into bite-sized pieces.
  • Serve with a bowl of warm au jus for dipping and optional horseradish or mustard.

Notes

For best results, warm tortillas slightly before assembling. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Can freeze for up to 2 months.
