Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash the bell peppers under cold water and dry them.
  • Remove the stems and seeds, then cut the peppers into halves or quarters.
  • Place the pepper pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Drizzle olive oil over the peppers.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste on the peppers.
  • Toss them gently to coat evenly.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  • Once roasted, remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool slightly.

Notes
