Easy Peach Tiramisu

Ingredients
  

For the Tiramisu

  • 3 cups Fresh Peaches, sliced Use ripe peaches for best results.
  • 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Whipped until soft peaks.
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pkg Ladyfingers Need to soak in peach nectar.
  • 1 cup Peach Nectar or Juice For soaking ladyfingers.
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (optional) For dusting before serving.

Preparation

  • Wash and slice the fresh peaches into thin wedges. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Assembly

  • In a shallow dish, pour the peach nectar or juice.
  • Briefly dip each ladyfinger into the juice, just enough to soak them without becoming soggy.
  • Layer the soaked ladyfingers in a serving dish, followed by a layer of the mascarpone mixture, and then sliced peaches.
  • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a mascarpone layer on top.

Chill and Serve

  • Refrigerate the assembled tiramisu for at least 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Before serving, dust the top lightly with cinnamon if desired.
  • Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for the best flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 1 month, but the texture may alter slightly upon defrosting.
