Cooking

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (approximately 350°F or 180°C).
  • Add the diced onions and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they become translucent.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned through.
  • Mix in the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  • Pour in the beef broth, balsamic vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
