  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese For salty finish.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
  • Measure out the tomato sauce and seasonings.

Cooking

  • In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  • Add the onion and garlic, cooking until they become fragrant and translucent.
  • Stir in the tomato sauce, seasoning, and broth; bring to a simmer.
  • Add the pasta and cook until tender (about 10 minutes).
  • Stir in half of the mozzarella until melted and creamy.

Serving

  • Ladle the soup into bowls.
  • Top with the remaining mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
  • Enjoy hot, garnished with fresh parsley if you like!
