  • Grate the garlic on a rasp-style grater for better distribution.
  • Shred the cheddar cheese to ensure even melting.

Cooking and Assembly

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, half and half, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Fold in the chopped broccoli and cheese until well combined.
