Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and tools: mixing bowl, spatula, and electric mixer if available.
  • Chop the dill pickles finely.
  • Let the cream cheese sit out for 15 minutes to soften.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer.
  • Add in the sour cream, chopped dill pickles, dill pickle juice, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix everything together on medium speed until combined and creamy.
