Preparation

  • Wash your ingredients thoroughly to remove any dirt.
  • Cut cucumbers into thin rounds to maximize their crunch.
  • Chop cherry tomatoes in halves for an easy bite.
  • Finely dice the red onion for a mild bite that won’t overpower.
  • Roughly chop the fresh basil leaves to release their aroma.

Assemble

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and diced red onion.
  • Add in the mozzarella pieces.
  • Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad mixture.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  • Gently toss the ingredients together until everything is coated.

Serve
