Preparation

  • Cube the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces.
  • Dice the onion finely.

Cooking

  • Layer the cubed sirloin steak in the slow cooker.
  • Add the diced onions and potatoes evenly on top.
  • Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, mixing gently.
  • Cover and set the slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.

Serving

Notes
