Preparation

  • Lightly coat the fish in seasoned flour, sprinkling it with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with oil until shimmering.

Cooking

  • Add the fish carefully to the skillet and pan-sear each side until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • In a separate pan, melt butter over low heat and add minced garlic, stirring in a splash of fresh lemon juice.
  • Drizzle the lemon garlic butter over the cooked fish.
