Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients and let the cooked chicken cool slightly before shredding.
  • Chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
  • Add the shredded chicken to the bowl with the romaine.
  • Measure out the Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and prepare any additional toppings you want, like croutons.

Cook/Assemble

  • Drizzle the Caesar dressing and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the chicken and romaine mixture.
  • Gently mix until the chicken and lettuce are well-coated with dressing.
  • Warm the tortillas slightly in a microwave for about 10-15 seconds to make them more pliable.
  • On each tortilla, place an equal portion of the chicken and romaine mixture.
  • If using, add croutons on top for a satisfying crunch.

Serve

  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll from the bottom to the top to create a wrap.
  • Cut the wrap in half diagonally for a nice presentation.

Notes
