For the Sandwich Assembly

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dredge each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it’s thoroughly coated.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • While the chicken cooks, toast the bread slices in the oven or on the pan.

Assembly

  • Spread Caesar dressing on one slice of toasted bread.
  • Layer with the crispy chicken and chopped romaine lettuce, and finish with another slice of bread.
  • Cut the sandwich in half and serve.

Notes
