Instructions
 

Phase 1 – Prep

  • Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for even cooking.

Phase 2 – Cook/Assemble

  • Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

  • Fry the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
